What People Are Saying.

Dear Mr. McGowan

I know you are a busy man, but I'm asking to take a couple minutes while we compliment your team.

First your salesman, Tom Plahuta. In any significant purchase you buy the sales guy first, and he had us at "Hello". Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, are only a few of hundreds of adjectives I could use to describe this guy. Everything he committed to, he did. There were no excuses why things didn't get done everything we asked for got done, on time. We moved into our new home the hour of the day he said we could move. David, do you realize how refreshing it is to work with a real estate salesman and not be sweet-talked? This is the third new house Jan and I have had build in the past 23 years and by far it has been the most enjoyable experience! Tom's easy manner and confidence not only made him our "go to guy", but a new friend.

Lets talk about Craig Hudgens. Look in the dictionary under customer service and you will find Craig's picture. This guy is steeped in doing right by the customer. There we were at the walk-thru nit picking his work, he never flinched. Wrote it down and had it done when we moved in 48 hours later. It takes a special kind of person to hear how the house he build doesn't quite meet someone's scrutiny and not get involved and argue with the customer.

Everyone we talked to in your organization were just as responsive. Their attitude was: "It all depends on me." That's something you cannot buy. It seemed to be stitched into the DNA of the Regent Homes team and that comes from the "lead dog".

Thank you, Mr. McGowan for building us our beautiful home in Burkitt Place. We love it. It's everything Regent people told us it would be.

Regards,

-- Jan & Wayne Millen
