Our Story
Years of ExperinceCreating Communities
After garnering years of experience in real estate and homebuilding, David McGowan launched Regent Homes in 2004. He envisioned a company that would meet the needs of a wide range of buyers and lifestyles—first-time homebuyer, singles, couples, the growing family, empty-nester, and retiree. Beginning in the Greater Nashville area and expanding into Huntsville, Alabama, Regent Homes has developed over 14 communities and become one of the largest private builders in this region.
The Regent Homes Mission
We don’t just build homes. We create communities. We know that you don’t just live in a home, but also share a neighborhood. We design each new community to provide a friendly, relaxing, and enjoyable place to live—for everyone. We blend the styles of our homes so we can blend people in varying stages of their lives.
We also become part of the communities where we build, giving back by volunteering and supporting local initiatives.
Exceptional Design Standards
Regent Homes offers a broad portfolio of carefully planned new home designs, from cozy to luxurious. Every home blends Southern architecture with the latest in interior design, creating timeless beauty. As an EnergySmart builder, we use the most advanced, eco-friendly building methods, practices, materials, and systems. You enjoy comfort, quality, and value in a truly energy-efficient home.
Proud of Our Customer Satisfaction
Regent Homes has earned awards that celebrate everything from “Best Neighborhood” and “Friendly Street”, to “Best of Show”. More important than this recognition, we’ve earned the appreciation of our satisfied homeowners.
Whether you’re looking for a single-family home, townhome, or condo look at our communities and floor plans. Then let us know how we can be part of your exciting journey!
